Having already been blown away by sunrise this morning, I went out to check out the sunset too. A spectacle of slowly fading colours and gradients. No need for any earthly content in this image.

A shot from the top of Richmond Hill on Saturday. We all enjoyed swigging from a bottle of (appley) Champagne and watching the sun go down. Good luck to Rich and Pippa in the Peak District.
Portrait shot hand held with on-camera flash and a slow shutter speed. Taken at Battersea Park near the Pagoda at sunset.
Sunset yesterday on The Cut at Waterloo after a pint of delicious Betty Stoggs in the Windmill.
After a Coasteering (Jumping off of scarily high rocks into the ocean) & Surfing for a second stag party in Devon, I spotted yet another sunset in my car mirror. So stopped off on the A30 and captured it this way.
The Friday after the wedding saw a drive back down from North Wales, back to North Devon. Killer trip. A beer sorted out the driving fatigue after I met up with everyone. Up on the hill from the camp the raindrops had settled on a window in front of the Atlantic Sunset.
Lying in the grass reading and drinking a £3 can of coke on Sunday afternoon, decompressing before a week of work I took some time photographing the Common and made use of the really shallow Depth of Field on my 50mm to throw out the tree in the background against the sunset.
I planted this plant almost 5 years ago. It’s now gigantic and the new leaves are coming out this orange colour. The sunlight was shining onto it this evening.
It was a hot one yesterday. Hot and busy. Everyone was on the Southbank watching the sunset, which shone through my delicious ale. It’s Cornish Coaster for anyone with a thirst. Now, how do I escape the heat today?
After fleeing to Wimbledon Common to escape the heat and drink an ale, I wandered along the common where dune bugs were attacking everyone with white t-shirts and blonde hair. I caught this glimpse of the sunset reflected around these water plants.
The first night camping in Morthoe in Devon this weekend. An amazing deep red sunset was followed by a nice setting Venus. I didn’t have a telescope or a long lens, so I blurred it out in the background and focused on this camping lamp. Devon!
This was taken from the railway bridge at Wandsworth Road Station looking towards Battersea Park and the Power Station after coming home from having an ale with my Grandad near Victoria. He told me that at the bank the young girl serving him read back his name… “Maurice Vivian…….. Awesome!!!”.
This was taken through the trees at the Fox & Hounds pub in Clapham tonight as the sun was setting. I liked the natural frame of the trees. I also, got some nice shots of the BBQ later on. Cornwall tomorrow!
This image was taken with the sun setting over the lagoon at Sian Ka’an Nature reserve. One of the nicest places i’ve ever been. Cabins on the beach, lagoon behind, Dogs, Good food. Amazing.
I took this image of Clapham Common as I was walking to my new flat (in Clapham). I’m moving this coming week, so everything is a bit up in the air at the moment. Booking flights to Mexico today too!
