Walking back across the common, I thought I’d stop and photograph the snowy trees. This one was taken by putting the camera, back-down on a parking machine.

Walking home on Thursday night I took my chance to photograph this stop as no one was around. There were a couple of exposures where the stop was actually in focus. But for some reason, the slight forward focus made it entirely better looking. Had some drinks at the Sir Richard Steele near Chalk Farm. [...]

The end of a good weekend. Ended in curry & Ghostbusters (possibly the greatest film ever made). I had a go at photographing my garden around 11pm. Still loads of independence day fireworks going off around here. Welcome to Earth.

This is a bit of a creepy one. This is my friend Kaan’s VW Camper, I snuck a photo as I was visiting my parents. It kind of looks like a model the way it’s lit by the street lamp.

Ale Thursday this week marked the very first Ale Thursday Olympics (Feats of Strength) on the Common. The events included; Longboarding speed trials, 25 Metre Sprint & Fox Chasing. This photo is of  Mike’s skating, which shows why he is often scored so highly in the style category.

A relaxing scene. Mexico is a pretty nice place to enjoy a cold beer. This was taken at an awesome bar called Fusion in Playa del Carmen. They have an awesome, greedy dog called Libi there.

I was taking a photograph of this tree and lamp in Clapham Common this evening when a cyclist rode out in front of the camera and down the path. It made really cool trails of light which follow the perspective of the path.

Odd evening. Saw someone get knocked off their bike, got humped by a dog and had a very hot and uncomfortable cinema experience. Good film though. I don’t usually like text in my photography, as it influences the photo too much. But I don’t think OFF says too much. I just loved the tungsten glow [...]
