Walking through Battersea Park yesterday evening, I walked past this tree that was being lit up from the east when the sun was setting in the west. Make sense? The sun was beaming across London and had positioned itself perfectly to reflect off a building a long way away and reflected that light back onto [...]

I’ve seen a lot of pigeons sitting around in really busy spots without a care in the world. This one sat perfectly still as I was right up close photographing it.

A close up, long exposure of one of the big fountains in Trafalgar Square. Lit with ambient light only and and exposure of 30 seconds I think.

Watching the sunset up Primrose Hill on Saturday before the Regent’s Park open air Theatre (Which is quite a special place itself). This has been Tilt-shifted in Post, which I hoped to do when I was shooting.

It was a hot one yesterday. Hot and busy. Everyone was on the Southbank watching the sunset, which shone through my delicious ale. It’s Cornish Coaster for anyone with a thirst. Now, how do I escape the heat today?

This is a delicious leaf, collected by Sam, grown for the Capital Growth Food Project in Hyde Park. I think some people are referring to it as Boris’ allotment, but i’m not sure how much work he actually puts in. Good project though, gotta get those unruly kids into growing food instead of shankin’ & [...]

Ben is back in town. Celebrations! Ale at the Harp near trafalgar square and a delicious curry at Southwark Curry, on The Cut. (may not be called Southwark Curry but it was tasty). On the way out I spotted the walls of the Young Vic that were a kind of corrugated Iron and lit with [...]

Today’s image is a still from the Video I made on a walk in Battersea Park this evening. I took 1730 still images and edited them together to make this 3 minute film. Take a look at it on Vimeo here. Shot on my Canon EOS 1D with a 50mm lens. It was a pretty [...]

This was taken in the new Brixton Oval area, square thingy. The fountain comes straight out the pavement in a mist, with coloured lights. Which is why this is purple.

I took this shot blind by holding up the camera above my head and hoping for the best. The band is Three Trapped Tigers. Worth checking out. It’s super cool seeing such a good, old friend doing so well with his music.

This was shot in Shad Thames near my flat. It’s a view towards the Thames looking down St. George’s Wharf. Dickens Country. Things are so busy at the moment! Wooo!

After seeing a new flat today that looked like Fritzel’s Summer London attic. I took a walk through Clapham Common, and got this shot by the bandstand thing in the middle. I was on route to a lovely meal which was Mexican in theme, and delicious in taste. Lots of red wine and some ales [...]

I had a walk through St. James’ Park today, I got attacked by a squirrel, but it was pretty nice. On my way back home, I noticed this tree growing out from in between the concrete and steel of the railway on Hungerford Bridge near the Southbank. Good on the tree. I’ve been doing this [...]

Before I drove home tonight, I used gaffer tape to fix my camera through the back of the passenger headrest and fed the cable release down by the gear stick. Then I was able to shoot on the way home. Got some 70 shots that I may make into a shot animation later. Now, out [...]
