More food! This is my Thai Aubergine and Mushroom curry  I made tonight. It tasted pretty good, and all made from scratch. The reds of the tomato and the green coriander really make this.

My first food shot on a photo a day. A quick one today as I am still winding down after the weekend. I cooked this Blackbean soup with Red pepper and Scotch Bonnet sauce tonight. It was awesome! It looked pretty too, so I snapped it. I’ll try to get outside tomorrow. Darren

Pancake Day! Here one of Ben’s less directional tosses… Not sure where it landed. I only managed 7 giant pancakes this year. Down 1 from last year. I don’t know what’s happening to me?! I feel very ill now… Oh well, I won’t eat them again for a year.
