There was strange light this morning. First foggy, then when the sun broke through there was a nice misty light. I saw this Spider & web being lit up as I was walking past Ewell pond.

The third self portrait this year (Or is it 4). When there’s no one around to shoot, you have to get in front of the camera and act silly. I used 3 flash heads. one with a blue gel, one with pink towards the camera at the rear to get the flare effect and one [...]

I came across a family of Howler Monkeys. The adults were very sleepy, and just laid around on the branches. But this little guy was really energetic and curious. I exposed to get the lens flare here and used my flash to fill in the Monkey and tree.

On leaving the studio today there was a pretty amazing sunset; and being every photographers guilty pleasure, I had to take a shot of it. So I climbed up onto the roof and shot with a 300mm lens through the tops of the conifers. I’ll try not to do many more sunsets in the remaining [...]
