I just spent half an hour out in the garden photographing lifeless snails and I found this brave guy. He didn’t shy away or even put his horns in when I picked him up and he was doing all sorts of stunts. He took a bite from a spider though, which I don’t think was a highlight for him. Shot with a bounced flash off the house wall.

You ever tasted one of these, apparently my nephew has. He was making eeeewwwww noises as he was doing it so I’m guessing they don’t taste great. Great shot, super sharp.

Not the English Variety, I’ve had some garlicy French ones… My friends kid ate one of these, then went back in for seconds. Check out the slime on top of the watering can, I wouldn’t like to have that in my mouth. ergh
