A vegetarian Bolognese, made from nothing but fresh vegetables and red wine. I was proud of the food, so that’s why it features here. Although you can’t taste it, it’s important to know how delicious it was. (I don’t use fake meats like Quorn… Gross). This photo’s a bit like the Gun’s Album, the Spaghetti Incident, It may have been a mistake, but I don’t really mind.

500g Diced Mushrooms
500g Diced Plum Tomatoes
a handful of chopped olives
a handful of torn Fresh Basil
1 onion diced
2 cloves garlic
half a cup of water from spaghetti pan
large glass red wine
salt & pepper
small slice of butter & half a teaspoon of brown sugar
olive oil after cooking
