The first proper self portrait on photoaday so far. The thing in my hand is a remote release. It was shot using 2 flash heads; one for the lens flare and one to light me from the side. I broke a belt jumping so many times.

Thanks! I meant the rear flash to be a hair catchlight, but it flared up the 40mm lens. But i love the way it looks.
